- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Orders placed after 3 PM UK time are processed the following business day
- High-demand drops or peak periods may slightly extend processing times

UK Delivery
- Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days — £1.99
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days — £4.99

International Delivery
- Europe: 5–10 business days — £9.99
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days — £12.99
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days — £14.99
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days — £14.99

Tracking
- A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear
