At RAMO STYLE, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (14 days for EU customers)
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Underwear and lingerie
- Swimwear with removed hygiene seal
- Sale or promotional items
- Accessories such as socks, hats, or earrings
How to Return

2. We will provide return instructions and confirmation
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
4. Use a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely

Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once we receive your return
- Bank processing times may take an additional 5–10 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
